Since the debut release of Loose Lips Sink Ships in 2005, Aimée Argote has been shaping an impressive roster of drummers, guitarists, and small symphony’s to sufficiently communicate the heart-rending compositions we love and expect from Des Ark.

Everything Dies—out October 6th on Graveface Records—offers listeners a take on previous endeavors, yet looks towards resolution while experimenting with new tools and old ways; ultimately demonstrating the incredible versatility in Argote’s musical connection and the battle with resilience to change and transition. “Nitetime Moths” is the first official video from Everything Dies, entirely filmed and hand processed by Christopher Thomas with 16 mm film. The video resembles an eerie flip book seen through an old view-master lense that you found in the attic of a haunted victorian house—as if it takes you back in time for a moment but doesn’t keep you there.
